Use of the Vbewegt App
Purpose of Processing
Use of the Vbewegt App for the purpose of providing information and motivation for health promotion.
Legal Basis
The processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

First name, last name, date of birth, email address, event participation
Processing of Health and Activity Data
The Vbewegt App allows you, on a voluntary basis, to view your movement and activity data from third-party services within the app and use it for your personal health promotion. The connection to the following services is established solely at your explicit initiative and can be revoked at any time:
- Android Health Connect (Google)
- Apple Health (Apple Inc.)
- Other fitness and tracking services activated by you
Types of Health and Activity Data Processed:
If you activate the respective connection, the app may read the following data categories, provided you have granted read permission for such data:
- Step count
- Distance traveled
- Active minutes
- Sports activities and workout sessions (type, duration, intensity)
Purpose of Processing This Data:
Activity data is processed solely to display your personal movement progress within the app and to provide motivation and information in the context of health promotion.
Disclosure of Health and Activity Data:
Your health and activity data will generally not be shared with third parties. The sole exception is the Vorarlberg radelt platform, provided you participate in related campaigns and explicitly activate this data sharing. No transmission to any other third parties, advertisers, or other entities takes place.
No Write-Back of Data:
The Vbewegt App does not write any data back to connected health services (Health Connect, Apple Health, or other third-party providers). Access is strictly read-only with respect to the data you have authorized (except for Vorarlberg radelt, if you have explicitly linked this service).
Control and Revocation:
You may deactivate the connection to health services at any time in the app settings or directly in your device's permission settings (Android: Health Connect; iOS: Apple Health). Once deactivated, no further activity data will be read.

Transfer to Recipients in Third Countries
No data is transferred to third countries or international organizations.
Criteria for Storage Duration
Your personal data will generally be stored until you withdraw your consent. Thereafter, only the strictly necessary personal data will be retained in accordance with statutory provisions or retention obligations.
Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right of access: you may request confirmation of whether and to what extent we process your data. Where applicable, you also have the right to rectification or erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.
Identity Verification
When exercising the rights listed above, it is first necessary for us to be able to identify you clearly. In accordance with Art. 12 GDPR, we may therefore request proof of your identity, for example in the form of a copy of your official photo ID.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe that your rights have been violated in connection with the collection, processing, or use of your personal data, we ask that you contact us so that any questions can be resolved. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority in Vienna (www.dsb.gv.at).

The provision of personal data is required for the use of the Vbewegt App for the purpose of information and motivation for health promotion.
Source of Personal Data
Personal data is entered directly by the individual upon registration and therefore originates from the data subject themselves.
